Gamers who atteneded Pax East in April were able to play a slice of 2K Australia’s upcoming Borderlands game, The Pre-Sequel. Up until today, the only footage we’ve seen of it is second hand camera phone footage, but now we have a full, guided developer walkthrough of that 15 minutes piece. The demo shows off many of the new characters, abilities and guns of the new game, including cryo ammo, butt stomps, and a playable Claptrap! Take a look!
As you may have noticed, everyone who lives on the moon has an Australian accent. That is because initially, 2K Australia recorded placeholder dialogue with some local talent, but 2K and Gearbox loved the idea of the moon being Australian that they made it canon. Borderlands: The Pre-sequel is coming to PS3, Xbox 360, and PC this Fall.
