Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics are free until tomorrow night!

fallout_pcboxMany gamers only knowledge of the Fallout franchise comes from Bethesda’s 2008 mega-hit Fallout 3.  The Fallout series actually began all the way back in 1997, with the release of Fallout, developed by Interplay Entertainment.  It was followed by Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics in the 1998 and 2001.

Players who haven’t played these pieces of gaming history are in luck though, as GOG has all of these titles free for the next 36 hours.  The only thing required of you, the gamer, is to sign up for an account on GOG.com.  GOG also sells all of there titles with 0 DRM.

To get these games, head over to GOG before 12-14, and simply press download.  For those who haven’t played these games before, be warned, they are strategy titles unlike Fallout 3’s first person shooter.  It’s quite the change from what many know, but still makes for a great experience.
