Walking Dead Season 2 will feature a playable Clementine!

TellTale has pulled back the veil slightly on The Walking Dead season 2, revealing that players will take the role of Clementine, the young girl orphaned by the undead apocalypse, whom we protected and grew attached to during Season 1.  This season will incorporate choices made by players during 400 Days, the DLC for Season 1 that was meant to bridge the gap between the two seasons.  The trailer below doesn’t reveal much, but it certainly get em excited for the upcoming season.

Season 2 is up for pre-order right now on Steam for 10% off the $24.99 price tag, but will also be coming to platforms like Xbox 360, PS3, Ouya, iOS, and more later this year.  The trailer says home consoles, so we may see a Wii U, Xbox One and PS4 release as well.  This season will play out over the course of five episodes, with the first releasing later this year, and the remainder in 2014.

This reporter’s opinion:  Great.  Now if Clementine dies, it’s my fault.  I both hate and love you Telltale, and I’m not ready to cry again.
